Check a Dragonfly reference
Enter your Dragonfly reference ID and the email or phone number used on the request. This lookup is for estimates, quotes, account requests, shipment support and POD requests.
Status values
Submitted, Under Dispatch Review, Quote Sent, Awaiting Customer Approval, Approved, Booked, Picked Up, In Transit, Delivered, POD Available, Issue / Needs Review or Cancelled.
Not live GPS tracking
This is a practical dispatch-status tool. Live GPS tracking, customer login accounts and driver apps can be added in a later operating-system release.
Need help?
Use the Status / POD page if your reference is missing, urgent, or needs a dispatch response.
What a Dragonfly reference can tell you.
Use it after a request has been submitted
The reference lookup page is meant for customers who already submitted an estimate, quote request, booking request, commercial account request, status request or POD request. It helps connect the customer-facing reference number with the current dispatch record where available.
It is not live GPS tracking
Dragonfly does not present this tool as live driver tracking. A reference result may show that a request was submitted, is under dispatch review, was quoted, approved, booked, picked up, delivered, or that proof of delivery is available.
Why email or phone is required
The lookup asks for the email or phone number used on the original request to reduce casual lookup attempts and help match the correct record. If the reference cannot be found, use the Status / POD request page and include any details you have.
When to contact dispatch directly
For urgent same-day deliveries, appointment windows, receiver issues, access problems, or a shipment that is already in motion, contact dispatch directly after submitting the status request so the request can be reviewed promptly.
Reference ID types Dragonfly uses.
Different Dragonfly reference prefixes help dispatch understand what kind of request a customer is asking about. The prefix does not guarantee that a shipment has been booked; it identifies the type of record that was created.
DFE — Estimate reference
Used when a customer completes the quick standard estimate tool. An estimate reference helps dispatch understand the inputs used for the estimate, but it is not a confirmed quote or booking.
DFQ — Quote reference
Used when a customer submits a quote request for dispatch review. A quote reference means Dragonfly has enough contact information to review the shipment and respond with next steps.
DFB — Booking request reference
Used when a customer starts a booking request through the Book Now flow. Dispatch still reviews route, timing, freight, access and vehicle fit before a booking is confirmed.
DFS / DFA — Support and account references
Support, POD and commercial account requests can use their own references so the correct internal workflow is easier to identify. Include the reference number when calling, emailing or sending updated shipment details.
Why a lookup might not show a public result yet
A reference may not show a public status if the request was submitted very recently, if the email or phone number does not match the original request, if the request came through a legacy form, or if dispatch has not yet published a customer-facing message. In that case, use the Status / POD page to request a manual update.
