Primary service coverage
Use this page as the hub for Dragonfly Delivery service areas. Some requests are local courier jobs inside Toronto, while others are pallet, contractor, direct-drive or regional freight moves that need route review before pricing is confirmed. Dispatch reviews pickup address, delivery address, freight size, access conditions, timing and availability before accepting a job.

How coverage is confirmed
Coverage can also depend on the receiving location, parking, dock access, elevator rules, building security, road conditions and whether the shipment is ready at the promised pickup time. A city may be within the general service area while a specific shipment still requires manual dispatch review.
Coverage is not only about whether a city is on a list. Dispatch also checks whether the route, pickup time, receiver availability, freight size, access requirements, vehicle needs and delivery window can be handled properly.
- Standard local jobs may fit normal quote review.
- Same-day and direct-drive jobs depend on route availability.
- Oversized, overweight, hand-bomb or appointment work may require manual review.
- Regional Ontario moves depend on distance, timing and capacity.
Request service-area help
If you are unsure whether a pickup or delivery location is covered, send the addresses and freight details. Dispatch can confirm whether the job fits standard service, regional direct drive, managed shipping, or a custom quote.

How Dragonfly reviews service-area requests
Dragonfly Delivery does not treat service coverage as a simple city list. A shipment in the GTA may still need extra review if it involves heavy freight, limited access, a residential receiver, a tight delivery window, a tailgate requirement, hand-bombing or long wait time at pickup or delivery. Regional Ontario work is reviewed by lane, timing, vehicle availability and whether the freight is ready to move when requested.
The strongest quote requests include the pickup address, delivery address, business names, contact names, phone numbers, item count, dimensions, weight, access notes and preferred timing. When those details are clear, dispatch can determine whether the job fits standard courier support, pallet/skid delivery, same-day direct-drive work or a custom regional quote.
