Already have a Dragonfly reference?

V20 adds a reference-based lookup path for estimates, quote requests, account requests, approval responses, shipment status and POD support. This is not live GPS tracking; it is a dispatch-status lookup.

When to use this support form

This form is for shipments that have already been discussed, quoted, booked, picked up, or delivered. It is not a replacement for the quote request form. If you are planning a new delivery, start with the quote form or the standard estimate tool.

  • Ask for an update on a quoted or booked delivery.
  • Provide corrected pickup, delivery, receiver, or access details.
  • Request proof of delivery, photo confirmation, or delivery notes.
  • Report a delivery concern, damage concern, or access issue.
  • Send a photo, reference number, invoice number, or supporting detail.

What dispatch needs

The fastest way to resolve an existing shipment question is to include the reference ID if you have one, plus the pickup and delivery cities, customer name, phone number, and a clear description of what changed or what you need confirmed.

Proof of delivery requests

Proof of delivery may include a delivery note, receiver confirmation, signature, photo, timestamp, or other confirmation details depending on the shipment type and the delivery conditions. If you need proof of delivery, include the reference ID, delivery city, receiver name, and the date of the shipment.

New shipment or existing shipment?

Use the quote form for new deliveries and this status/POD form for shipments already submitted, quoted, booked, picked up, or delivered. Keeping those two flows separate helps dispatch respond faster and keeps each request easier to track.

What happens after a status or POD request.

Status requests

Use the status request page when you have a Dragonfly reference, pickup date, customer name, company name or delivery details and need an update from dispatch. The more information you include, the faster the request can be matched to the correct shipment or quote record.

Proof of delivery requests

Proof of delivery may include available delivery time, receiver name, delivery notes, access notes or photo confirmation where practical. Not every delivery produces the same documentation, and dispatch will confirm what is available for the specific shipment.

Urgent issues

If the shipment is time-sensitive, the receiver is waiting, access has changed, or there is a delivery issue, submit the request and call or text dispatch with the reference number so it can be reviewed quickly.

Commercial account support

Recurring customers should include company name, lane, purchase order, invoice reference or regular pickup details whenever possible. This makes it easier to match requests with the right delivery record.
