Standard small parcel moves, GTA skid and pallet deliveries, basic direct-drive requests, residential delivery add-ons, tailgate service, appointment delivery and inside/gate delivery can usually be classified by the tool.
Oversized or overweight freight, missing distance, hand-bombing, after-hours requests, multiple unusual access conditions, long-distance routes and unclear shipment details require dispatch review instead of automatic pricing.
Estimates are not confirmed bookings. Dispatch reviews pickup and delivery addresses, timing, access, vehicle availability, fuel, HST and handling needs before confirming the final quote.

Dragonfly can capture delivery confirmation details such as delivery timestamp, receiver name, delivery notes and photo confirmation where applicable. Final POD handling depends on shipment type, access, receiver availability and dispatch instructions.
